The calendar for the 2025 TCR Europe Touring Car Series has been announced, with five new venues compared to the 2024 season, with only Spa-Francorchamps, the famous Belgian circuit, remaining on the revamped calendar.

Again continuing with a six-event programme as it has for the last two seasons, Europe’s premier touring car category will visit Portugal, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Austria, and Spain - positioned as the western European series, in comparison to the TCR Eastern Europe series, which is promoted by former FIA European Touring Car Cup team owner Josef Krenek.

The new calendar was revealed by WSC Group, the technical rights owner of TCR and the promoter of the KUMHO FIA TCR World Tour last Friday.

The 2024 TCR Europe series was hotly contested between Franco Girolami, Aurélien Comte, and Ignacio Montenegro, with Girolami coming out on top at a tense season finale, claiming his second TCR Europe series drivers’ title, and his third championship in a row - maintaining the Argentinian as one of the top ten ranked TCR competitors in the world.

“We are delighted with this calendar that lists some of the finest European race tracks and at the same time avoids clashes with the KUMHO FIA TCR World Tour and the major national series in Europe such as TCR Italy, TCR Denmark, TCR Spain and TCR Eastern Europe,” said WSC president Marcello Lotti.
